Figure about 2 hours of work to pull the seats and console. Seats are 4 bolts (torx driver, #25 I think, but the best thing is a torx bit socket flat enough to fit under the seat which will allow a wrench to go on it as there isn't always enough clearance for the ratchet.
As for the consol, start dis-assembling from the rear. torx screw at the rear bottom will allow removal of the back of the unit, which exposes 2 more screws.
From there stick your hand into the slot where the parking brake is and push up on the bottom of the window controls while you gently insert a flat blade screwdriver under the front lip of the controls (you'll see a slot for this). The controls will pop out.
Then the ignition. grab the rubber boot around the ignition and pull straight up. This is a press fit / plastic pin insertion that is a little fragile.
Once that is off, insert a flat blade into the slots on each side of the collar holding the circuit board around the ignition. This will release the plastic collar so that you can remove the electronics.
Now remove the shifter boot. (the bottom edge is elastic and will pull outward).
To remove the piece between the shifter and emergency brake, push up from the bottom and it will snap out.
At this point you should be able to see the screws holding the consol to the floor.
Have fun.
