cool man, my folks have a house in Blowing Rock and I'll be up there this weekend. Bet its nice and cool up there! (92 here right now).
Which Flow Saab did you try, Winston-Salem or Greensboro? We bought our 9-3 from the Greensboro dealer, but we were kind of forced into buying a car from a Flow dealer (of any make...its a long story). We already had our 9-5 wagon (Flow Greensboro, used) and my wife was trying to find a car she liked that wasn't too expensive (VW, Acura, etc). She (we) settled on a used 9-3, CPO.
Service....well, you shouldn't ask me. I've had good and bad experiences at the Greensboro place. Mostly not so good. If its a non-warranty item I either do it myself or take it to Tom Townsend (Townsend Imports, board sponsor). I'd try the Winston place for service (heck its a little closer to you) or Townsend if its not warranty. Tom's the best. Good luck, if you see a silver 9-5 wagon up there this weekend (WOLFPACK on the front license plate) thats us!!!
