be your biggest worry. Be careful out there! I read once that the torque reduction in 1st and 2nd was not only to limit wheel spin, but do to the fact that the tranny could not handle the power, but I don't see how it couldn't. I have a 91 9000 that is chipped and put's out all 270 lb-ft of torque through every gear and it is fine with 160,000 miles on the car with original clutch. It may be a defective tranny, or you may be harder on the trans than you realize. Keep us up to date on how this progresses, My Vigg has 25K so far, and it's on it's second clutch.
