Fusebox Power Information

I am installing an XM radio and fm modulator. I would like to draw power from the vacant fuse location (39) in the fusebox at the drivers end of the dash. I need constant power for the tuner, and BOTH constant and accessory power for the fm modulator. What do I get from the fusebox, and where can I find what I need?
Thanks.
