My car got this problem whenever the temperature is below 55F. My dealer told me if I can start the car within 5 seconds, it's normal. I had already told them sometimes I need to start the car twice. They told me when some gas stations changed from winter gasoline to summer gasoline, my car may have this problem. They have all kind of excuses.
Sometimes, fuel injector cleaners helped me to start the car but not always. I tried to take picture and record the starting noise for the dealer but I couldn't duplicate the problem because the weather is getting hot now.
1 thing I found was the Shell gas station I used to go to have a non-Shell gasoline truck (I got gas from this station for a long time and they used to have "Shell truck"). I don't know if that's the reason but I switched to Mobil now. The problem is gone and I have to wait for the fall/winter to see whether I will have the same problem.
