I would remove the road wheels and verify that the pistons are not siezed. And the P-brakes can have problems if they are rusting and bindind. To inspect, clean and lube the caliper needs to be removed and the rotor taken off. The brake lines are not opened!
Check that inboard and outboad pads are close to wearing evenly.
P-brakes should not be adjusted as a sole remedy to a problem if adjustment appears to be needed, as this is a sign that the shoes are wearing and there is zero wear if they operate right. The mechanism or cables can be binding.
The rear brake pad backing plates can get rust bound in the caliper slots. Remove the pads, remove dirst and rust and put some high temp grease on the backing plate edges and slot surfaces to act as a rust preventative.
You will want to read instructions for read pad and rotor work.
When you push pistons back in, be sure to pump them back before lowering the wheels to the ground. Never push the petal to the floor, use many partial strokes if you want to avoid replacing or rebuilding the master cylinder.
Dealers don't do PM on brakes, they wait and sell you the whole lot for hundreds of dollarts. Take control and do your own PM and DIY installs when its time for that.
