The dealer still will not fix it. Basically they told my friend that the Turbo is not covered under warranty. She asked him if it's because they may not be able to honour the warranty or if it's just not covered, and he said it's not covered. She asked him if she was the original owner and had bought it from a dealership would it be covered, and he said yes!
The worst part is that she bought the car a week ago, it is her first Saab, and already she wants to sell it and never buy another Saab.
