The speedo's all are deliberately setup to read around 3 or 4% high. So get used to it. The sid average MPGs will be different too.

I 'calibrate' mine by using a stop watch and measured miles... those white tee's on the pavement used by smokey in the air. Those are quite accurate and legally so as well. At 75MPH you will get a 48 second mile, or 60 seconds at 60MPH etc. With my 03 Aero the error is 2.5 MPH at 75. So I drive 77.5 indicated in a 70 posted zone. You will find your self travelling faster than many who are doing 5 over the limit on their speedo's.

My 95SET was the same way. But, t was dead on at 30-35 MPH. So the errors are not neccessarily the same across all of the speeds. A radar display is good for the getting the slow speed errors, as doing 30mph in measured miles has some practical problems. I don't know the slow speed errors for my Aero yet.
