An aftermarket amp just needs a 12 volt power wire to trigger it, so the Saab amp's power wire will work fine. The only thing is that that wire could potentially supply too much current, so if you want to use that wire, you might think about installing a fuse on it. Most people use either the ignition-switched power wire or the antenna wire on the back of the radio to trip an aftermarket amp.
