Parking light hung by a wire all the way home

I read the recent posts about losing the parking light assembly after having unscrewed it and not re-tightening the single screw. I used to own a Taurus with the 3.8L V-6, and there was no room at all for anything else under that hood! There was some rediculous procedure for fixing bulbs, because you couldn't readily access the area behind the headlamps. So, when I got my 99 9-3, I needed to change a bulb (which turned out to be a problem with the orange relay, succesfully diagnosed and solved for $15 thanks to this board) I immediately began unscrewing things, eventually finding the appropriate - but almost too easy - way to change bulbs. This was in May. Today, I drove over the recently-grated I-190 in Massachusetts from Worcester to Leominster, stopped for a couple of errands, sped home over the back roads and two lane highways, and pulled into my driveway. I was just casually looking back at the car after having locked it, and I noticed the left parking light assembly just hanging out (literally) on the bumper. The whole thing was just held on by three wires, and must have come loose during the bumpy highway ride. I immediately unlocked the car (the hanging lamp flashed just like the others) and put it back in, tightening that screw for good with an allen wrench and pliers.
I love my car -- but it should really come with a link to this board so that everyone can have so much support!
