Transmission - been issues with tough shifts to 2nd and 3rd
Motor mounts have been problematic as well (sometimes leads to the transmission issues)

Rims are $280 a piece so get those checked for sure - bent rims very common
Brakes pads and rotors are pricey and OEM on the rotors are the only easy option. You can sheck the rotors by assessing the lip on the outer edge and amount of the slotted groove.
Turbo - should be at end of yellow section on full boost 3-4-5th
Tires - stock is Dunlop SP2000 - they are not the greatest - Pilot Sport, Potenza S-03, Pzero nero are better options. I would see if they have worn evenly - it might show that the PO didn't care if they don't match or one half is worn more than the other.
Look for scratches on the lower spoiler - look for excessive amounts of scratches - About $650 to repaint if really bad and you care.
Exhaust - these are covered by warranty, but they have been often replaced - check condition.
If your buying on in warranty get it checked out by a dealer. If its near 30K or 60K keep in mind that these are $500 services.
