Synth oil confusion

Okay, yesterday's post left me more confused than helping regarding the synth oil thread.
In Atlanta, it is hot, not as hot this year as most summers, but still hot. Lots of 90 degree days although fall is around the corner meaning we'll probably stay in the 80's and morning could start to be in the 60's.
Come Winter, we run between 30's to 50's.
Driving conditions are lots of traffic, lots of stop and go, but then lots of high speeds on the interstates. Not unusual to do 90-100mph daily for a 10-20 mile stretch, then more stop and go.
20w-50 seems pretty heavy heading into fall, 0w-40 seems too light.
Please help me with this.
FWIW, the car is:
9-3SE
MBC
TBTC porting
Forge BPV
Viggen Intercooler
3" airbox mod
SAS sway bar (in a week)
And yes, I push it alot when I get the chance. Most people do around here.
