I've had the same problem for a few months. It used to be intermittent, but now happens almost every time. I figure it has to be something in the clutch that's preventing it from releasing fully - maybe the hydraulics or a clutch bearing. In order for there to be this grinding (with the noise and the stick-shake) the input shaft to the gearbox must be turning - right?
