I assume this is a non- 93SS since you have posted on the 1998-2002 models in the past.
If you are asking about the little covers for the torx screws in the glove box, they snap in place. They pivot from the bottom so just pull down from the top. Some of them may have some type of soft rubber on them. Must be there to help them to stay closed.
The side kick panels are held on with two screws. On the passengers side one screw is down by the floorboard, the other can be accessed through an open glove box. You shouldn't need to remove the drivers side if you are using the pre-wired cables to the doors.
