Coolant loss through ACC drain !!!

Hi,
I usually post on the C900 and 9000 boards but now I have problems with my wife's 1998 9-3SET CV. Instead of the normal condensation I now have coolant coming out of the rubber drain below the 2 heater hoses !!
Has anyone been there ??? Looks like a major job to get to the heater core or even the hidden part of the hoses ! Is this a known problem, covered by a SI perhaps?
Any help greatly appreciated !!!
Thanks
Alain (4 x C900 T16)
