Beginning in '98 Accord rotors were no longer pressed on with the hub, so they're almost the same as any other one-piston caliper.
If you've changed brakes on most American cars, (or '88&up Saabs) they'll look very familiar. Make sure the caliper slide pins move nicely. Push the piston in to make room for the new pads (c-clamp or just push by hand). When you do this, watch for brake fluid overflowing the reservoir.
You could use this as an excuse to bleed fresh fluid thru all the lines. Our '98 Accord wheel bleeding sequence is LF > RF > RR > LR and the ABS doesn't bleed separately. I think 2000 is the same.
