Possible gas tank leak...opinions wanted...

Okay, filled up the car today, and noticed a strong gas smell. I figured that it was due to another car on the road, so I didn't think much of it until I got home, when the smell was very strong. I eventually tracked down the source to a drip of gas coming from the tank area. Crawled underneath, and the source of the drip seemed to be from the top of the tank. After the drips stopped and my headache cleared, I snapped the pic below and indicated where the source seemed to be (from the tank, not from the hose). Any idea what the cause could be? Hole in the tank, or pump problem? Also, is it safe to drive to the dealer as it is (a 15 minute trip)?
Thanks for any help!
Cheers,
Mark
(I did search this BB and found out that holes can develop in tanks, which is what I think I have...)
