A few people here have been wondering about MBC's on a auto tranny. I had auto loaner for a day and noticed a few things. First of all, I must say, I still prefer the manual, but the auto in "sport mode" jumps on the turbo. With a stock auto in sport, I was able to put that thing into the mid red zone in early in the cycle. Something that can't truly be done in a manual tranny car. It was pretty impressive.

My question:
Given a few here, one I personally know, that have an auto tranny, with a few mods,(cone air intake, sport exhaust, TBTC porting, d/c silencer removed) are hitting what seems to be fuel cuts at High RPMs without any use of a MBC. Is it possible that these mods have now put auto trannyman into fuel cuts similar to those who are experiencing them with MBC's?
What would be your suggestion for them, being that they can't just turn down the MBC or consider a SMBC or MBC anticipator?
