Do you have a 9-3SS? If so, here are the issues that I experienced. I drove 3 miles to the golf course and when I got out of the car, the locks wouldn't work from the key, the trunk wouldn't open, etc. After a bit of playing the lock button on the door failed to lock the doors, so I manually locked 3 doors, and the driver's door with the metal key. I just left the car for the 2 hours I was playing. When I got back to the car after golf, everything worked. It's never happened again, and it's been 5 weeks since then.

Another time my alarm went off while my car was idleing at a stoplight. I turned it off and on again and the alarm stopped. It's never happened again either.

I had both of these things checked out at my 30-day check up and the dealer found nothing. I figured it was a software glitch, but that's just a guess.

Let me know what happens to your car. I'd love to ensure that my car won't randomly set the alarm off on me again!!
