The Viggen's seats are better than the Vectors; not only do their provide better lateral support, but only are longer on the base so they support the thigh better (better for longer distances); also they look like true sport seats. The Vector seat look more understated which might be good if that is what you like. Also, I have only seen them in cream (there could be other colors), which looks good but I think would get dirty fast (especially the carpeting).
I bought the Arc because overall the interior trim looked better to be than the Vectors; I don't like the metal trim very much (it is too shiny for me, specially on the steering wheel). On the Viggen you have true carbor fiber, which I loved. Also the Arc that I bought with the Sport Suspension offers ditto performance as the Vector and is more understated; the stealth factor appealed to me. The Arc seats are a little wider and hence more comfortable but the lateral support of course is not the same. Of course, my driving habits are a little more sedate (I have gotten quite a few tickets).
But the Arc without the sport suspension is not at the same in handling as the Vector and I believe the Sport Suspension option for the 2004 only includes the 17" wheels and the tire monitoring system, not the lower and stiffer suspension. I have the 03', which had the suspension and 17" and no tire monitoring, which I actually did not care about.
I broke the lease on my Viggen when I lost my job last year. I miss it quite a bit. I had a real blast driving it. Of course, I am having fun driving the Arc too. Can't wait for the ECU upgrade though.
