Mine is also a 99. I did not work on it myself; I had several installers look at it. Do you have the connector from Saab installed on your radio? There is a connector that you need in addition to the Nokia CARK-91. If you don't have that you can get one at the Saab Accessories section of Saabusa.com.

I just have not had the time to work on mine. I travel a lot, so finding a free weekend is a problem. Many people on this listserv say that theirs work fine but mine will not operate through the radio. The SID displays telephone when I place or receive a call, but no sound through the speakers. The nearest place that I can get to work on it is 2hrs away. In my case I think that the Nokia unit is bad, but I don't want to spend the money to try replacing different parts. I understand that there is a good installer in the Atlanta area if you are near there. It is a little far for me.
