Like Jim said....you are going to have to pull the carpets to get it dry. Otherwise the water is going to sit under the carpet and do the following: Mildew and start corrosion.
That said.....I don't know how hard it is to pull the carpet in a 9-3. I've done it on 4 occasions with my old 900's. They are very easy to pull apart.
I would post here and let someone talk you through it. If you plan on keeping the car it will be worth it in the long run. Any shop that deals with flood damage will tell you the same thing and most detail shops are going to just shampoo the carpet which will do no good.
At the very least you could pop up the sill plates and peel back the carpet as much as you can. Then you could prop the carpet up for a few days while it dries. This could also convince you to pull the carpets once you see how much water they can hold.
