Many folks have popped a turbo hose. No problem with a T5, it does not care. A T7 will throw a CEL and will not run at all. On the way it will run very rich. Turbo damage is not a typical result. And because the engine lacks power with no boost, the CFMs are low so the turbine does not get the normal flows.
You have a T7. The ECU migth have tried to adapt to the problem :(
Check the plugs for carbon. Replace if fouled. If steady running is smooth, you can probably/might burn them off. If steady running is bad, don't, this will kill the cat $$$.
I don't know if you will have been thrown into to limp home mode. Either way, because the mixture would have been very bad, the ECU may need to re-adapt once things are otherwise right.
If the combustion chambers got fouled, Techron Concentrate will help with that.
What service would be at the turbo duct host clamps? Thats not basic service. The clamped joints should be oil free. This may require cleaning with some solvents.
