fog light r&r question

I have a hole and some cracks in my driver's side foglight lens, on a '99 9-3 base. I'm going to try to repair the lens with epoxy, but I need to get it out first. There are three bolts holding the assembly in. The two on bottom are easy with a 10mm socket. The top one is a bolt that is inserted from the top, with the nut accessible from the bottom. The nut is 10mm as well, but the problem is that when I try to remove it, the whole assembly (nut and bolt) spins.

I felt around for the head of the bolt, and it feels like it's round with a semi-circular cutout. It's as if it's designed to make it hard to steal the foglight assembly (makes sense, since you don't need to open the hood to get at it). I'm thinking there must be some sort of key that you put on/around the head of the bolt to immobilize it while removing the nut.

Anyone have a similar problem or know how to lock this bolt in place so I can remove the nut?

Yes, I will stonguard the foglight lenses after repairing :)
