Update on EBC pads & eEuroparts rotors-- not ever again

I guess EBC pads and eEuroparts rotors are the MAJOR Distraction I am facing with my 2002 9-3. Reviewing briefly, I installed the BB recommended EBC pads on my car because I am sick of that black brake dust of the OEM SAAB pads. I purchased the pads from Tire Rack, and the rotors from e-Europarts.
This solution has turned into a nightmare for me. After only 4 months the e-E rotors warped and the EBC pads glazed. Yet the bedding-in procedure was done according to the Stop-Tech outline "to-the-letter"
EBC offered me and DID send me a replacement set of pads. eEuroparts said they had no supportof their rotors for any customer using EBC pads, and that EBC had a known problem of too much copper in them.
Fast forward to today:
The replacement set was installed last Thursday on the eEuroparts rotors that were machined 0.004" each.
No pulsation. Hooray. Now, they just squeal so loud that the radio will not drown it out!!
I called back to EBC to the Automotive exec and described my situation.
Interestingly, he claims the EBC pads are not as hard or high metal content as the OEM SAAB pads. Further, he states the Stop-Tech bed-in procedure should be AVOIDED---Rather bed them in gently over the first 300 miles as the correct procedure.
The eEuroparts rotors IN MY OPINION are "seconds". The ID gaps between the 2 sides vary dramatically in my case from 7.7mm to 8.4mm. Geez, do ya think this rotor is straight and true????
Anyway, I'm sick of the finger pointing of it's not my pads it's his rotors. OR its a rotor defect and not my pads---and a dealership mentality that says "we never have these problems with SAAB pads".
I would personally not recommend any of these products to this forum. Yes some of you do indeed have great stories to tell on the "yes" side.--and I hope they last you 60,000 perfectly happy miles.
My experience is such that I will NEVER use either of these products from these suppliers again.
Back to OEM SAAB pads next week!
Regards to you all.
