Advice needed on Viggen Wheels

1. For what is now an every-three-to-five-month occurrence, I am bringing my Viggen in for wheel vibrations (35-40 mph, anad again 55-80mph). The problem got a lot worse in the last few days. Bizarrely, in past visits, the Saab dealer doesn't think anything is wrong. They don't even try to say it's a bent rim and therefore not warranty work, which is what I'd expect. I'm fed up. Can someone help me with how to present this issue? I'm going for a 5 hour trip to CT this weekend and need this problem fixed -- whether it means new rims/tires, baancing, whatever. I am beginning to hate driving the car because of the constant vibrations. I MUST HAVE THIS PROBLEM FIXED, PERMANENTLY.
2. One of the alternatives is fitting the car with different rims. I really like the 9-3 Vector rims, and I understand they will fit. What do you all think those would look like on a Viggen?
