If you have the type of rotor with oposing pistons and pads remove via knock out pins, then its the same procedure. If the rotors look more like the front rotors, then use front rotor procedures. I don't know that the rear brakes were changed in later years. Since 1995 the rear and front rotors were made larger, but the design was otherwise not really different.
