Search everything you can find on this bb and the performance bb under the word Viggen; lots of postings.
What you'll find it that a drag race is definately not the Viggen's strong suit due to serious traction limitations. Heck, if I cruise along at a steady 45mph in 2nd gear and suddenly floor it, my bone stock Viggen will lose traction despite the fact that 1st & 2nd do not get full boost. But if you take a Viggen for drive, trust me, you'll know you're driving a car with a bunch of power. Where it's power really shines on the road; floor it from 50mph & you'll be very happy. As for aftermarket ECU's, I'm not sure they remove the 1st/2nd gear torque limits. Without drag slicks on the front, there's not much to be gained. And if you try delivering 300 lb-ft to the ground WITH drag tires... you're gonna break something. I say, find one to test drive, see how amazing the seats are, feel the highway prowess and then ask yourself if you still need an impressive time slip.
