The only mechanical difference I know of is the deletion of the air pump for smog. Trim wise,
OnStar is an option on Linears and Arcs
New colors
Power drivers seat is common on Linears
Headlight washeres are fixed instead of popups on the cold package which includes seat heaters
Parchment interiors have dark carpets and mats throughout
There's more vinyl and less leather in the rear seat of Linears
Door panels are vinyl on Linears
Color matched lower bodywork is again availible with the premium package on Linears
You can't get xenons, an auto-dim/homelink mirror (the mirror is in the accessory catalog) or the Infortainment screen for the radio on Linears 17" wheels and tires don't come with the lowered sport chassis but do include tire pressure monitors
Xenons and rear park assist are stand alone options on Arc and Aero
Arcs have new "wood"
The auto-dim/homelink mirror which was standard in Arcs and Vectors is now part of the touring package on Arcs and Aeros.
