Windsor Saturn Saab Isuzu have the worst service department in North America.
These guys, every time I bring my car in, I have to bring it back for an adjustment or two (always forget to do something) they try to charge me for half of them. Just recently I replaced the DI cassette and they locked up my radio (put the wrong code in 3 or more times), so I brought it in (friday)they tryied to charge me to unlocked it.
Than the next day I'm driving on the 401 hit a bump and my car goes completely dead, nothing no lights , radio, power etc... I pop the hood, jiggle ignition switch, look around etc. grab battery terminals and voila both pos and neg cable hand loose, played with them saw a few sparks, ran into car started up drove off highway.
I call them up on Monday to compain, the service manager says that there is no way they touched the battery during my repair? and doesn't know why I am concerned about the loose battery connections?
This is my third Saab, and I have never received such irresponsible service or treatment in my life, If I didn't have to work for a living, and was 10 years younger(better not go there)
Whats a Saab enthusiast to do?
Love the cars, can't stand my local service department.
Already called GM of Canada to complain, but what will that do?
Sorry for the RANT guys, just had to let off steam.
Mike
