Viggen Got Towed -- Problems....

Viggen got towed this morning in south boston.
dang.
I am pissed because I baby this car, and I know they just tore through streets with it. What kind of damage should I look for -- visually, everything looks okay on the outside & bottom. Is a tow-job bad for the car in any way ? (obviously my first time)
The major hting I did notice is they jimmied the driver door so they could undo the parking brake from inside. And the panel inside the door is broken loose. It is somewhat detached near the lock. I'll have the dealer look this over to make sure nothing behind the panel is broken.
The really bad part is that the tow company is denying EVERYTHING. they tell me they did not damage the door panel whatsoever and their supervisor will laugh at this. So, I'll have to have the dealer write something that the slim-jim obviously broke the panel off the frame.
Can anyone off me some advice on avenues I can take to get any repairs paid for? the damn tow company were such dinks.
