To add a few things...
The serpentine belt and idler pulley should be replaced at some point, probably in the 60k service...I don't have the service manual in front of me. They should also be inspected every 10k and replaced if they show signs of wear. The pulley does wear out, and it can do major damage and/or leave you stranded if it or the belt breaks when you are driving. Replacement is about 30 minutes DIY, car stays on the ground, pretty easy, parts should be about $70 total on eEuroparts.com
The popping from the swaybar link could be a loose bolt attaching it to the rest of the suspension...there's a TSB on that at http://www.genuinesaab.com Otherwise, it could be a worn link. This is not a DIY for most people. My dealer charged me about $400 to do that and replace a shock mount and bearing. I'd imagine you could have it done for on the order of $250 for just the swaybar link at an indy.
Sqeaking in the back often comes from the styrofoam insert around the spare tire that holds the tools. Move it around, maybe put something soft around it, etc. Also check the plastic "hinges" where the parcel shelf hinges/attaches to the rear seat backs.
Loss of power could be a lot of things. Check and gap the spark plugs. Run a bottle of techron. When was the last time your air filter was changed? Dean has talked a lot about cleaning the throttle body...search the board for more on that. There's a lot of DIY stuff you can do that may help.
