it really depends if you have a t5 or t7 car. if you have a t7 equipted car you would have to opt for a divertor valve. the stock bosch unit is good for at least 20 psi.
i myself have a t5 so i can use a true atmosphere bov. i purchased the forge bov from this site http://www.stratmosphere.com/forge_valves.htm
the saab bovs are towards the bottom of the page.
the only real noticed performance increase is less turbo lag during shifts.
i believe i purchased mine for 140 shipped...
