Wiper arm question

Hi,
I have a 1999 9-3 SE and it's time for new front wiper blades. I don't really see anything wrong with the old metal portion of the blades so I'm thinking it might just be smarter to buy refills to insert into them.
My question is, will any brand of refill fit? The reason I ask is because for my life, I can not see a brand name or part number listed anywhere on the wipers. I'm not the original owner of the car (so it's possible these may or may not even be the OEM wipers), but in general, I just didn't know if all wiper refills will kind of fit interchangeably.
For what it's worth, I think the other reason I wanted to stick with these metal assemblies was because they have more cantilever contacts with the blade (if that made sense!). I guess what I'm saying is that I noticed the Bosch Micro Excels only have a few contacts while these have more...so I figured they would fit/adapt better to the contours of the windshield.
Thanks
