It could very well be that your car need a new set of ignition cap, rotor, plug wires and spark plugs.
I recommend cap, rotor and wires every 60K miles and plugs every 30K miles.
It could also be that your car has not had time to adopt to both the colder weather and higher altitude if it was not driven at all since the move.
I can't say how big of a role the adaptive fuel injection values would mess with a car at higher altitude but if you disconnect the battery and touch the positive and negative cable together (with battery completly removed) for some minutes you will restore the adaptive values back to basic setting and the car will relearn from there.
Also, cleaning out the throttle body and idle control valve will help if it has not been done for a long time.
