Sounds like the parking light bulb.
Almost noone replace those bulbs since you have to turn off the ignition and turn the head light switch to middle position to see if they are burned out.
I don't know how many of those bulbs I have replaced on cars serviced at other shops before coming to me.
It's kind of funny to keep notice of since it shows if the mechanic is spending some extra time or not when checking out the car at service intervals.
It's a 5w instrument bulb. Saab P/N 12795070 or Osram 2825
