They are great people (compare to Carter Saab)
They left my gasket pinched when I took mine to get the headbolt retorqued before the road trip. Needless to say my road trip experience was stressful due to my car acting like it never did before I took it to Scanwest.
They are humans and we all make mistakes. So please check their work and if suspect anything, have them correct it.
They changed oil, resealed, and cleaned oily mess from my engine bay, and under carriage, (they didn't clean it perfect and I smelt the oil burning for up to a month!) but I'm hoping they will do more to make their wrong right. I am about to get my oil tested to make sure there are no metal shaving that indicate any accerated engine wear due to oil starvation problem that my car faced after Scanwest's error.
I am planning on visiting them again and again, so hopefully they will treat me right and I will post the result here.
