If that coolant has really been in there for 5 years, this is probably a good excuse to change it. Then you can change that tank yourself if you want. The anti-corrosion stuff in your antifreeze is what wears out with time, not so much with miles.
But first find your leak. Look all over the place for evidence of leaking. Blue crusty deposits where it evaporates. If you have gear-type clamps, tighten them. One way to find leaks is to pressurize your cooling system when it's cold. That takes a pump that attaches in place of your coolant cap. Then the leaking fluid doesn't evaporate instantly.
