and do the dash speakers first. For the most part that's what you're really going to hear, and I think it made a huge difference. I don't remember the model # but I replaced them with whatever the Boston Acoustics 3.5" speaker was at the time, with bass blockers. High ends are MUCH improved. I replaced the rears with the same line of BA's but really just can't tell if they made a difference from my position which 100% of the time is the driver's seat.
If you decide to do all the speakers the door speakers are not that hard to get to if you follow Richard Bevan's guide (do a search on SAABNet) on removing the door panels. Just go slowly and don't force anything. Let us know what mid/bass speaker you find to fit that bill if you do it.
