I notice throughout the last year or so, I've got this problem (only during warm/hot weathers).

I would fill up to full, drive ~200-250 miles at once. Stop for a few minutes, then drive again, and the CEL would come on (same code as yours:EVAP system leak, or loose gas cap, etc.). The CEL lights goes away after a few days (or a few start?).

The CEL light came on with the same code ~5 times in the last 12 months (once earlier this year) and its ALWAYS during my trips to Toronto from the detroit area... The frustrating thing is that it doesn't seem to happen coming back (well, I never fill up in Toronto... I get cheaper gas after crossing the border).

My guess is that there are some pressure buildup in the gas or EVAP system from the continous running from a full tank. Eitherway, I don't see any harm continuing running it until something more serious comes along. (I continue to keep my eyes on fuel economy, engine noise, and the smell of my exhaust (if any))...
