Seems like front control arms and stanchion arm are the same from 96 and up (95 1/2 actually).
Subframe is a little bit more tricky in that the 900 part number has been superseeded to the 9-3 number. In some rare occasions it might be possbible to fit a newer part on an older car but not use the older part on a newer car due to some missing bolt holes or bracket or something. I can't say what changes is made on the 9-3 subframe so thread with caution if you pick up a 900 frame.
Also if you would need both front struts they are not the same between the two.
Rear axle is the same.
