Take care of your keys...or you won't get invited to the key partys.
Seriously, that expensive key system has one VERY strong point. It saves you money on your insurance. I live in center city philadelphia and when i replaced my 03 civic with an 04 saab, an increase in vehicle price of about $15,000 my insurance wend DOWN $400 per year. I asked why and was told by USAA, my insurer, it was a combo of the safty record of SAAB, the crash test ratings of the 9-3 and the security system which is part of that key.
I have noticed one thing though...if i stall, and try to restart i have to move it all the way to the far left position before starting up again. otherwise the accessories are on but the engine wont restart...a little different than keyed cars.
