This has happened to me a few times on the Frozen Tundra of Wisconsin. This morning a heart warming 9 degrees. Your antenna motor should be OK. You could try the hairdryer technique to thaw the antenna stalk out. You might want to put a little silicone on it for winter once you have it unfrozen.
You can just top off the coolant. I've been told that the sensor in the reservoir is pretty touchy so as long as it doesn't become a regular occurence (more than once in two months) you should be OK.
