It's probably not dangerous to drive it like that but most likely the air bag will not work if needed.
You need to find a Saab shop that can read the codes and try to reset them. If the codes reset and don't come back you are good to go and it was probably a glitch created when you were in there.
If a fault code comes back right away you need to either have it fixed or live with the SRS light.
It might be a really dirt simple problem like a loose cable connection but you wont know until the codes are read.
