I'm a brake guy so I think I can contribute something here....
Typical pulsation arises from rotors that are not true when the wheel is installed (though there are other mechanisms)...and this can happen because of the wheel installation and uneven lug bolt torquing. So make sure your wheel bolts are torqued in the star sequence with a torque wrench and NOT with an impact wrench. This will keep the rotors as true as possible and should run for long time with no issues.
The other thing is that, typical of European linings, the rotors basically get machined each time you step on the brake (notice the dust?) - but if you typ travel long highway miles with no braking, it may be good idea to do a couple of hard stops to re-true the rotor.
Green linings just need a couple hundred miles of moderate braking to seat. If you have performance linings, 30 hard stops (.5 g) with 1 mile of cooling in between will bring them up good. Hope this helps.
