Front Brake Problems

At wit's end here...
Replaced front rotors and pads about 3 months ago. Everything seemed to go well. Worked great for about a month, then the driver's side started to make an awful squeal when braking (depending on how much pressure on brake pedal). Fine...just need to put anti-squeal on which I originally forgot. Then the steering wheel started moving back and forth while braking. THEN...when I get to about 30 mph up to about 65 mph, steering wheel starts moving back and forth without touching the brake. Both instances are really noticable. Took everything apart, rotors didn't seem bent (visual inspection), applied anti-squeal and cleaned calipers, etc. No squeal for about 3 days...now it's back. Back and forth steering wheel never went away. It doesn't seem to do it when there's pressure on the wheels, i.e acceleration and sharp turning.
Rotors bent? caliper sticking? drivetrain!?
Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
