you can do the detective work if you feel so inclined. Ive had both HD and Sport(although not on a SAAB)...Im being completely honest here, I couldnt tell a difference. I lost the original email so I got a new one.

The Bilstein HD and Sport share the same valving, the Sport has a shorter piston to compliment lowering springs. Chris

Hi,

I have a question concerning Bilstein shocks. I have had both Sport and HD in the past and I did not notice a difference in dampening. The only thing I noticed was that the Sports were slightly shorter than the HD. However, this was not on a BMW.



Am I imagining this or are the Sport and HD valved the same?
