If you're doing autocross or just twisty back roads, lowering just the rear is a great idea. If you're going to be hitting higher speeds or getting on the highway, you're going to have strange aerodynamics.
I'm currently running the rear lowered only because the car is more balanced with my type of driving.
I would be happier if I had kept my old Eibacks in, however. They lowered the rear a tad more than the front but not enough to affect the aerodynamics. A nice balance of ride and handling.
