After an examination of my sid i decided there was a better way to regan the pixels than the rubberfoam tape. Ill get right to the meat of the process. First off there is a little rubber band that puts pressure on the board which will light the pixels.
Now you just need to increse pressure between this and the board, but pressure must be increased evenly or else there will be spots with insuffiecent pressure, in turn no pixels will light up in that area. I used a rubber band since it is an even surface.
A rubber band of greater thickness can be used. There is only 1 hurtle. Placing the rubber band in this area covers up one of the holes for the torx bits to keep the screen secured to the board. First, screw on the other side, then simply move the rubber band to the side, then just screw the torx back in. Note: the torx will penetrate the rubber band on the other side, but it is already secured since the other side is on tight.
