Front Suspension Pops and Clutch Engagement

2 Issues - These might be related issues to the Powerflex front control arm suspension bushings I had put in 5K miles ago.
1) Basically, if I do an emergency brake, I get a loud pop from both the left and right front suspension area. I also get some less severe groans or pops when just steering around at low speeds.
2) From a stop, 1st gear, I sometimes detect what seems to be some play in the clutch before the thing engages and I start to go....also accompanied by a slight pop. I'm thinking this is not the clutch but in fact, bushing fasteners not torqued properly, thus resulting in the bushings shifting before the suspension can respond.
I had the bushings put in by a euro-car specific Indy, which I'm just guessing may not have had the specs for the proper torque on the bushing fasteners.
If you check out GenuineSaab.com, I have the A + B bushings. This is on a 2002 9-3 SE, 43K miles.
Do you think I should pay the Indy to re-torque per the front suspension pop bulletin on TSB? I'm not sure the dealer will want to fix for free my mods. ha.
Thanks for any input.
Tito
